Booth features
All booth packages include participation in the trade fair on all three days, a basic contingent of avatars for booth support, the job wall, which is directly linked to the job exchange of the Career Service Portal, the use of the new MATCHING TOOL, and a media library in which you can store one or more links.
To expand your booth, we offer the option to include a VIDEO SCREEN and add more job ads via the ones included in your booth package.
For the STANDARD- and PREMIUM-BOOTH there is also the possibility to extend the avatar contingent. This feature is not available for the BASIC BOOTH. We recommend that all exhibiting companies that participate in the trade fair program and/or have booked additional advertising services ensure that they have sufficient support staff at their stands so that students can find the right contact person even at peak times.
AVATAR PACKAGE
Receive five, ten or 15 additional personalized avatars for optimal support of your booth on all three days of the trade fair. With additional avatars, your booth staff can work in shifts, you can better absorb short-term staff shortages, and you can enable your management and employees from various disciplines to participate in the trade fair. Our recommendation: Use one or two people exclusively to search for suitable candidates with the help of the new MATCHING-TOOL.
VIDEO SCREEN
Place up to a three-minute video or PDF slideshow prominently in your booth with a VIDEO SCREEN. Videos are very popular with students. At the virtual KIT Career Fair 2021, the VIDEO-SCREEN was clicked on by an average of one in five visitors to a booth to learn more about the respective company.
JOB ADVERTISEMENTS
Depending on the booked booth package, five (BASIC), ten (STANDARD), or 20 (PREMIUM) job ads are available in the job board of the KIT Career Service Portal, which students can view directly via the job wall at your booth. Furthermore, you can buy additional job ads directly via the Career-Service-Portal and independent of the booking of your participation in the fair, which will be automatically integrated at your booth as well. Please note: The automatic integration only works if you purchase the additional job ads during the trade fair or the connected four-week archiving phase.
