When? Where? How much?
On all three days of the fair, a total of more than 30 exciting expert presentations will take place in two auditoriums. The lectures in Auditorium A always start on the full hour, the lectures in Auditorium B on the half hour. You can enter the auditoriums simply by clicking on the respective passage in the main hall.
The interactive agenda will also take you directly to the desired lecture. You can access this via the menu bar at the top of the screen as well as via the displays in the Mainhall and in the entrance area of the auditoriums.
How do the lectures proceed?
The content of the presentations will be designed by speakers from the respective exhibiting companies. This year, for the first time, this can be up to nine people. This gives companies the opportunity to have a large number of experts speak. For you, this means even more variety and bundled expertise!
The trade fair team recommends a presentation length of 30 minutes. During the entire presentation, you can submit your questions via the chat function. The speakers can answer them either immediately or at the end of their presentation.
Once the presentation and the Q&A session are over, you will be automatically forwarded from the auditorium to a Meet & Greet at the booth of the exhibiting company. Here you have the opportunity to find out more about your career opportunities and to talk to the speakers and booth supervisors.
Do I have to register?
You are welcome to listen to as many expert presentations as you like. There is no need to register and you can join in at any time - even if the presentation has already started. The "staggered" start should ensure that you can listen to all presentations that interest you.
Where can I find information about the planned presentations?
You can find all information on the respective presentations (title and abstract, time slot, auditorium, speakers, companies, etc.) both here on the fair program subpage but also directly on the fair platform in the interactive agenda. Using both ways you can also set up an automatic reminder, so that you are guaranteed not to miss a lecture.
I missed a lecture. What now?
Did you still miss a lecture that particularly interested you? That's no problem either! All lectures - as well as all other contents of the virtual fair environment - are available for you on demand during the duration of the archiving phase. The archiving phase starts on the day after the virtual KIT Career Fair, i.e. July 22, 2022, and ends on August 19, 2022.
