Why does the KIT Career Fair actually remain virtual? There are many good reasons for this. The world of work has continued to turn in the last two years, job interviews via video call, remote workplaces - all this is becoming more and more natural. We are convinced that there is a lot to be said for digitization, especially in the job fair sector: You can have direct, face-to-face conversations without the hustle and bustle and distractions. You can do research on your PC at the same time, have a more comprehensive career fair program and are much more flexible in terms of the time and place of your career fair participation.

Another great aspect is the topic of sustainability - both ecologically and with regard to the fact that you still have access to all content, presentations and contacts four weeks after the event. Last but not least, the forum lawn is also happy about our move to the virtual space, and you can finally enjoy the face-to-face events that we all missed the most in the past two years - meeting with your friends.
