To participate in one of the presence days of the KIT Career Fair - May 16 or 17, 2023 - from 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. (official end of program), first book a participation package for your company. This booking is the basic requirement for your participation.
The KIT Career Fair is an event for all students, PhD students, alumnae, and alumni of KIT and is intended to represent as many disciplines and industries as possible. Therefore, the participation packages for companies are limited for the fields of study.
Your participation package includes:
- Presence for one person in a subject pavilion chosen by you. This allows you to reach your desired target group directly.
- Logo presence and company name on the exhibitor overview in the specialist pavilion of your choice on the day of your participation.
- Listing of the company name incl. logo and trade fair profile of your company in the Career Service Portal
- Three premium ads in the job exchange in the Career-Service-Portal
- Access to student application profiles in the Career-Service-Portal
- Image advertisement within the trade fair profile of your company in the Career-Service-Portal
- KIT Career Service marketing measures for the KIT Career Fair, such as posters, banners, mailings to all KIT students, social media postings, etc.
- On-site: catering for company representatives, checkroom, name tag and admission wristbands, WLAN, etc.
- Use of seminar rooms for quiet one-on-one meetings (subject to availability).
