What does WORKSHOP mean in the context of the virtual KIT career fair?
Expert lectures and short presentations take place in the auditoriums of the Mainhall and are accessible to all trade fair visitors.
You host your WORKSHOP exclusively and only for pre-registered participants directly at your booth. In your own breakout room, you can work in detail on a topic of your choice with up to 30 people.
Students appreciate creativity and originality as well as practical relevance and a deepening or broadening of the lecture material. The exhibition team will be happy to assist you in preparing your WORKSHOP. It would be nice if you could issue a certificate of participation to the participants after the fair.
What do I get when booking a WORKSHOP?
By booking a WORKSHOP, you receive one of a total of five slots available in the trade show program on one day of the show. An exclusive breakout room will be set up at your booth.
The WORKSHOPS of the KIT Career Fair 2022 have a maximum duration of three hours and take place in the afternoon. Currently, it is planned to schedule the slots from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
All WORKSHOPS will be extensively advertised (e.g., web, social media, email, out-of-home, etc.) as parts of the trade show program in advance of the event. Registered trade show attendees are thus made aware of the WORKSHOPS and can register to participate. The trade fair team will coordinate the registrations. No guarantee can be given as to the number of participants.

How many WORKSHOPS can I book?
A total of five slots are available for booking on each day of the trade fair. You can book - if available - one WORKSHOP per trade fair day and up to three over the entire trade fair period.
When booking your participation in the trade fair, you first select only the number of WORKSHOPS you would like to offer. You can conveniently submit the desired day(s), title, speakers, abstract(s) and presentation(s) (PPT) at a later time via our Career Service Portal. We will announce the exact time when the submission will be possible with sufficient advance notice.
